Title: Chief Revenue Officer

Description: The chief revenue officer will launch and scale a new direct-to-consumer brand from scratch. This initiative is distinct from the company’s existing portfolio and offers full control over pricing, experience, and margin. It’s a rare opportunity to build a D2C ecosystem from the ground up, supported by a vertically integrated supply chain and a digital-first mindset. You’ll also partner closely with the VP of Strategic Growth Channels to maximize performance across OEM, Contract, to-the-trade, and third-party marketplaces. These segments represent high-potential opportunities that require focused leadership, disciplined execution, and strategic expansion-with the CRO ensuring alignment across brand, margin, and customer experience.
Each channel has a dedicated leader to ensure focus, accountability, and scalable clarity. As CRO, you serve as the strategic integrator-accelerating decisions, unifying the customer experience, and improving performance across every touchpoint.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in sales, marketing, or related field. Experience in furniture industry a strong plus.
- A proven track record of revenue leadership across multi-channel environments
- Experience scaling premium brands and launching new ones
- Ability to build a D2C ecosystem from scratch, including digital infrastructure, customer acquisition, and post-purchase experience
- A digital-first mindset-fluent in modern tools, platforms, and performance metrics
- Strategic fluency in pricing, margin logic, and customer segmentation
- Ability to lead with clarity, empathy, and precision
- Comfort navigating legacy and innovation-honoring what came before while building what’s next
- Degree in related field
