by BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Brunei – Last month, Jackhan Sdn. Bhd (Jackhan) unveiled its newest Ashley Sleep showroom with a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony. The 1,300 sq. ft. facility, located at Unit 1F-02, 1st floor, Simpang 13-48, Jalan Kommersial Jaya Setia, Kampong Jaya Setia, Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei, BC3615, is a significant addition to the local community. Distinguished guests, including Stacy M. Lomba, Deputy Chief of Mission, U.S. Embassy in Brunei Darussalam, joined Jackhan employees in celebrating this milestone.
Jackhan owns three additional Ashley Furniture HomeStores in the surrounding region. This is their fourth store to open in Brunei and the first standalone Ashley Sleep store in the country. This is a wellness space – one that supports better living, feeling and most importantly, sleeping.”
During the celebration, Jackhan extended charitable contributions to KACA, a non-governmental organization which aims to improve the welfare of children with special needs in Brunei; and Pusat Ehsan Al-Ameerah Al-Hajjah Maryam, a special needs school in Brunei, as part of their commitment to the community.
The new Ashley Sleep showroom showcases Ashley’s innovative 7.0 store concept, a well-defined layout, organizing the space and providing clear style distinction for simplified shopping. The store also introduces the Ashley Sleep Match system, the first of its kind in Brunei. Technology streamlines the decision-making process for the customer, incorporating various elements to improve their mattress shopping experience from start to finish.
