Description: W Collection is looking for a design-savvy, customer-focused Interior Design Sales Associate to join it team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for interior design, a talent for sales, and a flair for storytelling — both in person and online. From guiding clients through our design center to creating buzz on Instagram, you’ll be an ambassador for the company’s brand, products, and values. You will offer expert design advice, collaborate with customers on furniture, mattress, and décor selections that reflect their style and needs, and stay up-to-date on new arrivals to offer fresh ideas.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
- Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings
- Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications are a plus
