GA Group to handle liquidation process of company founded in 1983
NESQUEHONING, Pa. – Furniture and lighting resource Elk Home is liquidating its entire inventory, according to a letter sent to customers Tuesday.
The company said it has partnered with liquidation specialist GA Group to handle the entire liquidation process. It is also offering customers a chance to purchase some of the inventory before the official liquidation starts.
“This initiative presents a unique opportunity for our valued customers to acquire our products at significantly reduced, below-market prices before beginning planned inventory auctions,” company CEO Todd Webb said in the letter to customers.
He added that the company’s sales representatives have been provided specific discount structurers and pricing details, “which they will apply at their discretion to ensure a seamless and efficient purchasing experience.”
In the letter, Webb also noted other key highlights of the sale process.
+ For a limited time, this exclusive opportunity allows current customers “priority access to our inventory before it is offered to alternative markets and prior to a total inventory auction coordinated by GA Group.”
+ Inventory is limited and available first-come, first-served.
+ No restocks, returns or credits will be available. All products are located at the company’s Rabun Gap, Georgia, distribution center and sold “as is, where is.”
+ All orders require prepayment prior to shipping. It said freight costs “must be factored into the reduced purchase price, as complimentary free freight programs are no longer available.”
Webb instructed customers to contact their dedicated Elk Home sales representative promptly to secure discounts and for further details about the liquidation process. Customers also can contact GA representative Patrick Shacklett at pshacklett@GAconsult.net for further information.
“Thank for your continued partnership,” Webb said. “We encourage you to act quickly to take advantage of this limited opportunity.”
