HIGH POINT — The International Home Furnishings Representatives Association announces the details for its 29th annual Furniture Industry Awards Gala, including this year’s theme, honorees and venue.
The event will take place Friday, Oct. 24, at 6 p.m. at the Nido and Mariana Qubein Arena and Conference Center on the campus of High Point University.

Widely recognized as one of the home furnishings industry’s most prestigious celebrations, FIAG brings together leaders, innovators and change-makers to honor excellence, service and impact across the industry. To view some scenes from last year’s gala, click here.
This year’s theme, Mission Possible, is a play on the iconic Mission: Impossible franchise, with a twist. “As we considered our honorees, it became clear that each has consistently turned industry challenges into opportunities through bold thinking and creative strategies,” said Ray Allegrezza, IHFRA’s director of content and events.
“Mission Possible felt like the perfect way to celebrate their achievements,” added Steve Allegrezza, IHFRA executive director. “Each of this year’s honorees has not only elevated their own organizations but has also contributed meaningfully to the home furnishings industry as a whole, making it more professional, consumer-focused, and future-ready.”
This year’s FIAG honorees include:
+ Retailer of the Year: Furniture Mart USA.
+ Industry Icon: Mark Phillips, Phillips Collection.
