Description: This person assists the Store/Sales Manager to drive store performance through the development of all sales associates; providing an environment that promotes teamwork and excellent customer service. This person ensures team environment by providing timely and consistent solutions to employee conflicts, concerns and policy/procedure violations in order to ensure positive employee relations and motivate the staff to achieve results. They will also motivate and inspire sales associates through coaching, counseling and training, to excel in overall sales performance and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum two years of direct sales experience.
- Demonstrated sales leadership.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency using personal computer and ability to master use of all Levin systems applications.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze information to determine successful results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a timely and efficient manner.
