Description: In this role, you will maintain and enhance the company’s benefits program by administering all components, including retirement plans. You will work closely with vendors and carriers to ensure the best possible outcomes for Havertys’ team members. Certification in CEBS, PHR, and/or SHRM is preferred. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ work experience in Human Resources or benefits area, some of which included supervisory duties.
- Certification in CEBS, PHR, and/or SHRM preferred.
- Skills include Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, HRIS systems.
- Ability to learn quickly on a variety of topics.
- Good interpersonal skills.
