HPMA announces Style Spotters team for 2026

HIGH POINT — The High Point Market Authority announces a new “Style Spotters” team for 2026, naming five design professionals to the trade show organizer’s signature trend scouting program: Rhobin DelaCruz, Juliana Ewer, Amber Guyton, Kathy Kuo and Isabel Ladd.

“The Style Spotters will be tasked to identify top home furnishings and decor items in showrooms during the biannual High Point Market events,” said Tammy Covington, HPMA president and chief executive officer. “Having five unique points of view is what makes the Style Spotters program so exciting to follow each year.”

Rhobin DelaCruz founded his eponymous design business nearly two decades ago with a focus on residential, commercial and short-term rental projects. Linking his clients’ lifestyle narratives to bold choices for their interiors, he is recognized for creating globally inspired and joyful spaces. Based in New York, the DelaCruz portfolio includes work for GQ magazine, TED Conferences and MTV, while his firm’s projects have been featured in Elle Decor, Business of Home and Work Design Magazine. He is a founding member of The Design Besties, a collective focused on community impact through initiatives like the Teachers Lounge Movement.

Juliana Ewer started J Squared Interior Designs in 2018, growing a nation-spanning portfolio of client projects that include staging, remodeling and vacation home design. A vetted ADPRO designer, the Texas-based Ewer captures each client’s personalized vision through her award-winning, bespoke design services. She’s been profiled or featured in Architectural Digest, Forbes and LUXE Interiors + Design, among other notable media titles. Ewer serves as president of the Houston Chapter of the Interior Design Society and is an IDS National Committee member. She is a founding member of the advocacy organization Designers for Dogs.

Amber Guyton is the originator and creative force behind Blessed Little Bungalow, an Atlanta-based design firm and content creator transforming residential and commercial spaces across the country since 2018. Driven by her mission to make beautiful and meaningful interiors accessible for all, and inspired by her first career in branding and marketing, she coined the term “Soulful Maximalism” to define her design philosophy celebrating bold color, layered textures, personal storytelling and the beauty of Black culture. She’s been featured in HGTV Magazine, Architectural Digest, House Beautiful, Forbes, Ebony, Apartment Therapy, Domino and more.

Kathy Kuo is the founder and CEO of Kathy Kuo Home, an award-winning interior designer, recognized TV personality and advocate for female entrepreneurs. The New York-based industry icon launched her then-online retail business in 2012 with the mission that everyone should be able to love where they live. With over 20 years of design, manufacturing and global distribution expertise today, KKH is a leading destination for high-end home furnishings and decor, including a full-service Interior Design Studio, dedicated Trade Program and a Tribeca showroom. Kuo has earned media spotlights in Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, The New York Times and more.

Isabel Ladd launched Isabel Ladd Interiors in 2015, showcasing her confident style featuring curated maximalism, vibrant color palettes and eccentric pattern mixing. The firm’s highly Instagrammable interior projects reflect Ladd’s educational background in fashion and textiles. Based in Lexington, Kentucky, Ladd has been tapped for a Kips Bay Designer Showhouse, a House Beautiful “Whole Home Showhouse” and design collaborations with home brands like Kohler and Serena & Lily. She has received a LUXE Interior+Design RED award for interior design and was named a House Beautiful “New Wave” designer, as well as a “New Trad” by Traditional Home.

The 2026 Style Spotters will identify top products in High Point Market showrooms during the April and October events, beginning Saturday, April 25. For the year’s spring and fall seasons, their activities will be chronicled online at the @highpointmarket Instagram page and at highpointmarket.org.

HPMA initiated the Style Spotters program in 2011 to recognize influential interior designers sourcing home furnishings products at market and to share their expert findings with the broader High Point Market audience.
