Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Description: The person in this role will cultivate and grow relationships with existing buyers, ensuring their experience with TOV is seamless and inspiring. They will develop new accounts across retail, e-commerce, design, and emerging markets like rentals and hospitality. They will have a main responsibility to represent the brand with authority and style at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows while owning the sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting to pitch to closing the deal
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience in furniture, interiors, or luxury home décor
- A genuine passion for design—you understand trends, materials, and the language of interiors
- A proven ability to both grow existing accounts and win new business
- Strong communication and presentation skills—confident, engaging, and persuasive
- A high-performance mindset—you’re driven by metrics, motivated by results, and thrive in a dynamic environment
- 5+ years of Furniture and Home Furnishings Manufacturing experience
- 3+ years of work experience with Account Sales Strategies
- Authorized to work in the United States
