Mike Brechtel, an accomplished sales executive with over two decades of progressive leadership experience in the furniture and home furnishings industry, is open to work.     • Oversaw 16 states during that time.
    • Directed and motivated a team of independent sales representatives serving accounts such as Nebraska Furniture Mart, Slumberland, Spreetail, AAFES, and The Room Place.

  • National Accounts Manager: Ace Casual / New Orleans, LA / 2017 – 2018 
    • Managed major mass retail accounts while launching Reservation Seating, a new commercial line targeting the hospitality industry. 
    • Led sales initiatives for youth, gaming, and barstool furniture categories. 
    • Expanded sales channels into the hotel and restaurant sectors, establishing a foundation for recurring B2B business. 
  • Vice President, Omni-Channel Sales: Powell Company / Mineola, NY / 2015 – 2017 
    • Managed all e-commerce sales channels and key mass retail accounts for a leading furniture manufacturer.
    • More than doubled e-commerce revenue through improved account management and digital strategy execution.
    • Secured new national retail partnerships and enhanced the company’s online brand presence.
