England Furniture launches digital platform powered by Intiaro

GREENSBORO, N.C. – England Furniture, a leading domestic manufacturer of custom furniture with more than 60 years of industry expertise, announced today a significant advancement in how it serves its retail partners with the recent launch of a digital platform powered by industry-leading 3D/AR solutions provider Intiaro.

The technology transforms how England sales representatives and their customers engage with product offerings, providing interactive visualization and customization capabilities through in-showroom touchscreen displays, mobile devices and QR codes on product tags. With the addition of this digital platform in its retail environments, England delivers an engaging in-store kiosk experience with a custom web platform, allowing consumers to visualize and configure products in real-time.

During the High Point Market in April, England launched its new product visualizer and configurator platform, developed in partnership with Intiaro, and featured the entire spring introduction assortment, all SKUs of the England’s highly configurable Super Group program, and existing best-selling products.

With the primary objective of adapting to evolving customer shopping behaviors while maintaining its hallmark promise of delivering custom products to customers’ docks within 21-28 days, England selected Intiaro for its ability to create a structured growth plan along with the technology that allows the manufacturer to gradually expand into new digital capabilities.

The platform is currently live with multiple retail partners and on the England Furniture website.
