Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required.
- 15 years of prior business experience.
- 7+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in home furnishings, décor, or lifestyle retail strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
