Description: As a Brand Director at Lovesac, you will be responsible for developing brand strategy and brand development that will drive profitable growth in both the company’s core business and new product innovation. You will partner with teams cross-functionally to develop category and portfolio strategy, positioning, and go-to-market plans in line with our brand vision, leveraging customer insights, market trends, and data to drive the business forward.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of related Brand Marketing work experience, ideally within a CPG organization
  • Superior strategic thinking and planning
  • Ability to nurture and contribute to innovation and creative solutions; strong ability to inspire and build a mindset and culture of innovation within your team and beyond
  • Must have proven time management skills and quickly adapts to a changing business environment
  • Able to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency, able to listen and can use this information to solve problems, anticipate issues and make correct decisions based on a variety of situations
  • Excellent collaboration skills, including a proven ability to communicate with various levels of leadership and employees within the organization
