Mendez brings more than 40 years of invaluable experience with the last 15 years coming from Protect All/ GBS Enterprises, where he played a pivotal role in driving growth and forging strategic partnerships most recently as the SVP of Partner Programs.
In his new position, Mendez will lead initiatives aimed at expanding Service Hub’s market presence, cultivating relationships with clients, and identifying innovative business opportunities. His extensive background in business development and proven success in building high-performing teams will be instrumental as Service Hub continues to innovate and enhance its offerings.

Mendez has also designed and conducted hundreds of employee and leadership seminars and workshops on service excellence.
