Description: The person in this role will develop and implement international marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales in global markets. They will conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends in different regions and oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns tailored to various international markets. Other responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals; working closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and logistics, to ensure cohesive strategies; and allocating and managing the marketing budget for international campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Extensive experience in international marketing, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills; proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
