by HIGH POINT – High Point Market Authority (HPMA), organizer of the world’s largest home furnishings trade show, has issued a reminder for registration to attend Spring Market, April 26-30.
Guests who register online prior to April 11 (or March 28 for international attendees) will receive their Market pass in the mail. Registration to attend High Point Market is available at no charge to U.S. and international buyers, including retailers, residential and commercial interior designers; as well as for press, exhibitor personnel and students. A registration fee is required for all other industry professionals.
“Take advantage of early registration to avoid waiting in line at Market to pick up passes,” says Tammy Covington, HPMA president and CEO. “With a mailed pass, our guests can hit the ground running when they arrive at Market.”
All qualifying registrants will be issued a Market pass, which is required for entry into buildings and showrooms across the 13-block Market District.
Online pre-registration for Spring Market will remain open until April 23 at no charge for passes other than industry. After this date, onsite fees initiate whether registering online or at a registration desk onsite. Market guests are encouraged to register early, and also to contact the HPMA-sanctioned Market Concierge service by Travel Quest, Inc., for assistance with booking overnight accommodations, flights and other transportation needs.
Additional preparations are recommended before traveling, such as booking showroom appointments directly with exhibitors and populating a personalized MyMarket schedule using the official High Point Market App. Developed by HPMA, the user-friendly app is downloadable on iOS and Android devices. The app is also accessible on desktop computers via the My Market sign in link on the website.
The High Point Market event calendar lists all marketwide educational programming and networking events, including this season’s Keynote Series speakers and entertainment headliners at Center Stage. Event details will auto-populate in the customized MyMarket schedule when selected directly from the High Point Market App.
