CIN research captures data on furniture shopping and buying influences

Our fourth installment of Consumer Insights Now delves into what triggers the furniture buying process and where the search for home furnishings begins. According to our data, needs arise when product wears out, when consumers move and when children outgrow their current furniture. It also reveals that half of all shopping begins in a furniture store, while 41% start their search on a store website and 40% start with a general online search.
